Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
Refund Approval
After verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
- 5–10 business days for UPI and wallets
- 7–14 business days for cards and bank transfers
depending on banking and payment provider processing times.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available for:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Product misuse
- Requests made beyond the specified reporting period
